NOTE: Air Rarotonga has different baggage policies for flights within the Cook Islands. Baggage policy differ for flights within the South Islands or flights to/from the North Islands.
NOTE: Air Rarotonga allows passengers on flights within the southern islands, departing or arriving from international connecting flights, an increased checked luggage allowance of 20kg.
Checked Baggage Fees Each Way
The number of FREE checked bags on this flight & ticket class = unlimited - but only 2 bags is recommended, up to the combined weight of 16kg / 35lbs for Southern Islands, 10kg / 22lbs for the Northern Islands.
Excess baggage fees differ between flights within the Southern Islands = $3.00 USD per excess KG, and Flights to/form the Northern Islands = $6.50 USD per excess KG.
Passengers should be aware that ALL baggage charges are applied each way.
